Everything but a rainbow

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”342″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]My creation. This was a thank-you for good friend. It took me months to finish.. and it got LARGE! 😀 It ended up being a bit of a lengthy shawl. But worth it. I divided the knit into 4 themes – inspired from pictures taken by @heiniak (as this shawl was for her):

  • Aurora borealis with dark blue night sky
  • Heatherfield in the frosty autumn sun
  • Sunset into the frosty Northern Ocean
  • Rocky Shores of The Gulf of Bothnia

Pattern

Straight from this nut – with inspiration from: Halfway Wrap (by Veera Välimäki) and Geysir Stretch (by Stephen West)

New for me
